All deliveries are digital — no physical shipping applies.

4. How to Request a Refund (Step-by-Step)

- We confirm receipt within 1 business day
- Refunds are processed within 14 days (usually faster)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested
- Access to refunded digital content is disabled within 24 hours, and any related licences are cancelled
5. Payment-Method Specifics
- Cards & alternative methods: refunded to the original payment method whenever possible
- No fees: we never charge administrative or processing fees for refunds
