  • Digital Services: IT consulting, software-related consulting, implementation, and maintenance

All deliveries are digital — no physical shipping applies.
“Returns” refer to revoking access or cancelling services.

  • Default: full refund within 14 days
  • If a full refund is not feasible due to substantial bespoke work completed at your explicit request, we offer a fair, customer-friendly remedy (often pro-rata or alternative resolution)

After 14 days

You may still contact us — goodwill refunds may be considered case by case.


4. How to Request a Refund (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email info@dianadesign.store with subject “Refund Request” and include your order reference
  2. We confirm receipt within 1 business day
  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days (usually faster)
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested
  5. Access to refunded digital content is disabled within 24 hours, and any related licences are cancelled

5. Payment-Method Specifics

  • Cards & alternative methods: refunded to the original payment method whenever possible
  • No fees: we never charge administrative or processing fees for refunds

6. Subscriptions / Staged Services (If Applicable)

  • Cancel at any time
  • Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase or renewal
  • For milestone-based services, refunds within 14 days are granted in full unless you prefer a pro-rata arrangement

If funds are delayed after confirmation, please allow for bank or payment-provider processing times.
